President Roxas is a second class municipality with an income of P 80, 161,938.74 for CY 2007. It has 25 component barangays with a total population of 47, 569 people with an average annual growth rate of 2.19%. Basically, residents of the locality are farmers. The municipality stretches over a land area of approximately 61,825 hectares of plains, plateaus, and rugged mountain ranges that lies in the northeastern part of the province of Cotabato. The locality is 18 kilometers away from the City of Kidapawan and 139 kilometers away from Davao City. It is 140, 205 and 340 kilometers away from the port of entries of Cotabato City, General Santos City and Cagayan de Oro City respectively. |

The Republic of the Philippines, through the Department of Education, has received an official Development Assistance (ODA) loan from the Japan Bank of International Cooperation (JBIC) in the amount of P 1,749 million (Y 7210 million) towards the financing of the Secondary Education Development and Improvement Project (SEDIP) dated December 28, 1999. it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments for the new construction of the different school building. In view hereof, the Government of the Philippines through DepEd-SEDIP with the participation of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of the Municipality of President Roxas as implementor herein after called the Agency wishes to received bids for the new construction of the following schools, to wit; |
